add thickness of shapefiles to dictionary

Parameters: inputSimFiles (dict) – dictionary with info on release and entrainment file paths
Returns: inputSimFiles – updated dictionary with thickness info read from shapefile attributes now includes one separate dictionary for each release, entrainment or secondary release scenario with a thickness and id value for each feature (given as list)
Return type: dict
