Module for splitting and organizing regional avalanche input data.

Functions

checkFeatureIsolation	Check if any feature in the group is isolated from all others.
clipAndMoveOptionalInput	Clip and move ENT and RES files based on group DEM extent.
clipDEMByReleaseGroup	Clip the DEM to include all features in each release group.
createDirList	Create a list of entries from each feature in the input shapefile, grouped by the 'group' attribute.
