Create work and output directories, fetch input files and thickness info If cleanRemeshedRasters is true, the remesh folder contents will be deleted at the beginning

Parameters

• avalancheDir (pathlib path) – to avalanche directory

• cleanRemeshedRasters (bool) – flag if the remesh directory shall be cleaned

Returns

• inputSimFiles (dict) – dictionary with input files info

• outDir (str) – path to store outputs
